Description
An Ayurvedic formulation that is helpful in respiratory wellness, can support relief from cough and throat irritation, and may help manage asthma and breathing discomfort.
Dose : 1 to 3 Tab with lukewarm water morning and evening after food or directed by the physician.
मात्रा : खाने के एक घंटे बाद ले।
- 1 से 5 साल तक के बच्चों को आधी वटी ले सकते है।
- 6 से 10 साल तक के बच्चों को एक वटी दे सकते है।
- 11 साल से 20 साल के बच्चों को 2 वटी दे सकते है।
- 20 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग 3 वटी दे सकते है।
- 70 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग 2 वटी ले सकते है।
अवधि : तीन माह के लिये प्रयोग में लाये। इसका कोई साइड इफेक्ट्स नही।
अच्छे परिणाम के लिये : साथ मे कंटकारी अर्क ले।
परहेज : चिकनाई, दही, दूध, गरिष्ठ भोजन, आलू, केला, चावल, ठंडा पानी व रुक्ष भोजन।
योगासन : सूर्यनमस्कार करें।
