Panchgavya nasya drop is the help to keep the nasal(nose) passage moist, mitigate headaches, and help the nervous vata. It is very beneficial for yoga people.

Dose : 1 to 2 drop in nose twice a day early morning and before sleep or directed by the physician.

मात्रा :

• 1 से 2 बूंद रात को सोते समय व सुभहे उठते ही नाक में डाले।
• 6 से 10 साल तक के बच्चों को आधा बूंद डाल सकते है।
• 11 साल से 20 साल के बच्चों को एक बूंद डाल सकते है।
• 20 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग दो बूंद डाल सकते है।
• 70 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग दो बूंद डाल सकते है।

अवधि : एक माह के लिये प्रयोग में लाये। इसका कोई साइड इफेक्ट्स नही।

अच्छे परिणाम के लिये : साथ मे ब्राम्ही घृत ले।

परहेज : चिकनाई, दही, दूध, गरिष्ठ भोजन, आलू, केला, चावल, ठंडा पानी व रुक्ष भोजन।

गऊ योगासन : नाड़ीशोधन प्राणायाम की 11 आवर्ती करे।
