Pudina Ark (पुदीना अर्क) – A herbal extract prepared from mint leaves through steam distillation that is helpful in indigestion, gas, nausea, and abdominal discomfort.
Dose :
Take half glass of hot water
Add 10ml – 20ml Ark
Mix and drink it.
1 hour before morning and evening of meal or as directed by the physician.
