Vidarikand or vidhara Churna helps in managing Stomach inflammation (gastritis) due to its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties. It helps in reducing pain and inflammation in the stomach by reducing the production of certain inflammation-causing chemicals.

Vidhara Churna is a nutritive tonic that is rejuvenating for both body and mind.

Dose : 1/2 tsp of powder (churna) mixed with milk and at night before going to bed or directed by the physician.

मात्रा : चूर्ण को गुनगुने दूध में 1 ग्राम देशी गाय का घृत मिलाकर ले सकते है।

1 से 5 साल तक के बच्चों को 1 ग्राम चूर्ण दे सकते है।
6 से 10 साल तक के बच्चों को 2 ग्राम चूर्ण दे सकते है।
11 साल से 20 साल के बच्चों को 2.5 ग्राम चूर्ण दे सकते है।
20 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग 3 ग्राम ले सकते है।
70 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग 2 ग्राम ले सकते है।

अवधि : तीन महीने तक ले। कोई साइड इफेक्ट्स नही। केवल शरदऋतु में न ले।

अच्छे परिणाम के लिये : विधारा चूर्ण के साथ अश्वन्धा चूर्ण को देशी गाय के घृत में मिलाकर ले।

परहेज – ठंडा पानी व रुक्ष भोजन।
