Refund & Return Eligibility

Our refund and return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. If more than 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and Panchgavya-based products, certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable items like food, herbal powders, or oils.
Health, hygiene, or personal care products.
Products marked as “Sale” or “Clearance.”
Gift cards, downloadable products, or services.

Please do not return any product to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Any item returned in a used or opened condition.
Items damaged due to reasons not caused by our error.
Returns requested after the 10-day window but within 20 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or call regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Only the item price will be refunded.
Shipping charges or any other charges will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider.
Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

Gift Returns

If marked as a gift:

You’ll receive gift credit once the return is approved.
If not marked as a gift:
The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For valuable returns, use a trackable courier or shipping insurance.
