We charge a flat shipping charge per order, regardless of order size and value. Flat rates apply and customers can choose from the options below at checkout.

Shipping Charges

• ₹70 shipping charge on orders below ₹399

• Free shipping on orders above ₹399

Order Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of receipt.

• Shipping/tracking details will be shared via your registered mobile number and email ID (if provided).

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available with an additional charge of ₹90

Refund & Return

• To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must provide photos of the item as well as a purchase receipt.
