We charge a flat shipping charge per order, regardless of order size and value. Flat rates apply and customers can choose from the options below at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

• Get free shipping on orders above Rs.199.
• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt. Shipping details will be shared on registered mobile number and email id (if shared).
• Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, a cancellation request cannot be made.

Return

• To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must provide photos of the item as well as a purchase receipt.
• We do not accept returns on certain products. To discuss replacement and refund possibilities, please contact us at contact@purndhenu.com.

Refund (if applicable)

• We will send you an email once your return message has been inspected. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
• Within 7-10 business days, if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically credited to your original payment mode.
• If we are not able to serve your city pin-code. We will let you know and issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange (if applicable)
