Description

Kantkari (कंटकारी) is a rich herb in antioxidants that supports respiratory health, helps relieve cough, supports asthma management, and promotes clear breathing for overall lung wellness.

Dose : 5 to 10 gm Kantakari powder kwath(two teaspoon) with 400 ml water till 100 ml. remains, strain it out and take before breakfast and dinner, two times in a day or directed by the physician.

मात्रा : रात्रि में 400 ml पानी मे 5 से 10 ग्राम आँवला क्वाथ डाले। सुभहे उसे मंद मंद आँच पर पकाएं, इसे तब तक पकाएं जब तक कि इस मिश्रण की मात्रा 100 ml न रह जाये। छानकर इस मिश्रण को पिये। इसका सेवन दिन में दो बार खाली पेट करें या वैद्य की सलाह से ले।

1से 5 साल तक के बच्चों को 2 ml ले सकते है।

6 से 10 साल तक के बच्चों को 5 ml ले सकते है।

11 साल से 20 साल के बच्चों को 10 ml ले सकते है।

20 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग 50 ml ले सकते है।

70 साल से अधिक उम्र के लोग 50 ml ले सकते है।

अवधि : तीन माह के लिये प्रयोग में लाये। इसका कोई साइड इफेक्ट्स नही।

अच्छे परिणाम के लिये : साथ मे कंटकारी अर्क ले।

परहेज : चिकनाई, दही, दूध, गरिष्ठ भोजन, आलू, केला, चावल, ठंडा पानी व रुक्ष भोजन।

नोट : ताजा बनाकर ही पीना चाहिये, एक बार तैयार किये हुए क्वाथ को ठंडा होने के पश्चात उसे गर्म करके नही पीना चाहिए क्योंकि ये विषतुल्य हो जाता है। काढ़ा पीने के पश्चात एक घंटे तक कुछ नही खाना चाहिये।

गऊ योगासन : कंटकारी क्वाथ को पीने के कपालभांति करे।
